Life is good!

It was a great week to connect with cousins, catch up with one another and spend some much needed quality time together. It's rare that I get to spend time with all three of my kids together these days. I am thrilled that Andrea and Taylor could make time from work and responsibilities to get away with Alisa and I, to reconnect with our family for a week. We love those two active Tacoma boys! We would love to have them come play with us in Vermont...winter, spring, summer or fall...it's all good!
And what would a trip out west be without a jaunt down memory lane. We spent many days on and in the river behind grandma and grandpa's house. That bridge looms large in so many of our memories. So much has changed since we lived in Maple Valley, but Dorre Don Way still looks and feels much the same. I hope Louis and Jude don't grow too much before we can play another game of baseball together. Thanks for a fun time! Looking forward to the next visit already.

We're connected!

Okay, I've learned how to blog (finally), and it seems like a great way to connect with family and friends. I'm not great at keeping in touch via e-mail/phone/letters for various reasons. Blogging can be sporadic, yet meaningful and very personal. Let's stay connected one blog entry at a time! No information is too small, trite, or boring to share. The little things are the moments that get lost when we are far apart.
I'm in a class right now, learning how to blog, design web pages, moodle, jah, jah, jah. It's good, but I've realized how little I've been using tech-wise.
